This game is designed to support personal growth through scientifically proven behavioral techniques. The set contains 66 cards, each presenting a unique task that helps you gradually step outside your comfort zone. The difficulty level of the cards is indicated by color, ranging from green (easy) to red (hard). Each task is based on a scientific study, psychological principle, or proven fact, making the exercises effective and engaging.

Research has confirmed that it is possible to form new habits and improve old ones in just 66 days (Phillippa Lally, Cornelia HM van Jaarsveld, Henry WW Potts, Jane Wardle, 2009). This is exactly the goal that the game helps to achieve in a fun and motivating way.


The game has been reviewed and recommended by well-known Estonian psychologists Mare Pork, Tõnis Arro, and Tuuli Junolainen for developing confidence, social skills, and improved coping with social anxiety.
